I am amazed at how simple it was to do the replacement, and I didn’t even need a single tool. We started the replacement process of 21-feet of baseboard at 10:20 am and we were finished at 10:40 am that included opening the boxes, reading the instructions, removing old baseboard pieces and installing the new product.
My husband was so impressed by the ease of install and the fabulous new look that I was able to get him to agree to replace the baseboard in the entire house, one room at a time, and I can do it without him, that simple!"

"I wanted to let you know Cliff really went out of his way to service our customer on a recent order.
A large distributor, we were working with had a big important customer in WI that does mainly apartments, currently he has over 10K feet in BL lined up for several buildings more coming up. There was one issue - he doesn't like the 2" end caps and wanted to change an order that was being loaded or was loaded (info Cliff got from shipping).
The Wholesaler was asking to delete 960 2" end caps and replace them with 960 4" hinged end caps. Cliff was trying to get an answer via phone, knew it was urgent, went down and made sure the change was made before it was too late. What a mess this would have been if Cliff wouldn't have pushed to get his done. Big returns, new order placed, frustrated customer, who pays freight - yuck!"

I wanted to write you a quick note to tell you about a great experience I had with one of your employees, Perry LaBarbera.
When the heating element on my Bobcat stopped working at 3am the night of the last snow storm, I emailed Perry and he got back to me first thing in the morning (he had helped me with this same issue a while back when the boiler was only a year old, and I'm so glad I still had his contact information!). He then went out of his way to come by on his way home (before he even dug out his family from the snow!) to fix my problem (much appreciated since I have 2 young children and being without heat is hard during this horrible winter).
He noticed that one of the gaskets was leaking and immediately said we'll be replacing your boiler for a completely new one at no charge! Yesterday I got my new boiler, and again Perry stopped by on his way home at 8:30 to make sure everything was set up correctly."
